Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates vary based on order size, destination, and shipping method. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We ship domestically and to select international locations.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 not exceeding 5 pounds within the US.

International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also delay delivery times. We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or undervalue items for customs purposes.

Delivery Delays
We aim for timely delivery, but occasional delays due to customs or carrier issues may occur. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of the estimated arrival, reach out to us at groverbrickworks@gmail.com.

Missing or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
